In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the win4life platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) win4life account at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. win4life reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate all balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update that information should it change. win4life is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. win4life may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to re-verify your account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win4life account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party and to notify win4life support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. win4life shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You may close your account at any time by contacting win4life customer support. win4life reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals that have passed verification will be processed in the normal course.

win4life is required to conduct KYC verification on all player accounts in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR standards. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.

As part of KYC, you may be required to provide any or all of the following documentation:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or voter's ID);
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing your registered mobile number and full name);

win4life reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — communicated to you by support — may result in account suspension.

win4life accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (Tether). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Deposits made via supported e-wallet channels are credited to the player's wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. win4life does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. win4life does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be held, reversed, or forfeited pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your account cashier at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where the same channel is available;
• win4life targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for GCash withdrawals and 1–3 banking days for bank transfers. These are target service levels and not guaranteed completion times.

win4life reserves the right to apply enhanced verification on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified via the support channel if additional verification is required.

All transactions on win4life are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. win4life accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

Each game category available on win4life — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, Super Wheel, and Slide — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant product page. These specific game rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and are binding on all players.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules for a particular game or product, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or product only.

All game outcomes on win4life are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino and live sports events, by real-world outcomes. win4life does not influence game outcomes and does not guarantee any particular result to any player.

win4life offers various promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and refer-a-friend incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each bonus offer. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the win4life platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible;
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or software to play games, exploit bonuses, or in any other way gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win4life platform for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the win4life platform without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to win4life may be used by us freely without any obligation of compensation, acknowledgement, or confidentiality.

win4life's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win4life account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude win4life's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

The win4life platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Your use of the win4life platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
